Christine has practiced law with Gordon Muir & Foley LLP since October of 2000 in the areas of general business, contracts, commercial real estate and commercial finance representing business clients, construction clients and tax exempt organizations. Christine works along side the firm ' s construction lawyers drafting and negotiating construction related agreements and addressing the real estate and business law issues that arise in the operation of the business of owners, contractors and subcontractors. Matters include formation, ongoing representation, dissolution, acquisition and sale of corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and other business entities; formation and ongoing representation of tax exempt organizations; commercial leasing; commercial real estate representing sellers, purchasers, contractors and owners; contract matters, employment matters; and commercial finance matters.
