Josephine A. Spinella is a member of the Litigation Practice Group at Gordon, Muir & Foley. Josephine's litigation practice includes the areas of automobile liability, municipal liability, premises liability and section 1983 civil rights matters.

Josephine has also represented both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury actions. She practices in both state and federal courts. Josephine has trial experience at the federal court level in section 1983 cases dealing with excessive force.
