Mary Anne Charron has been a litigator with the firm since 1987.

Her practice is one of the most diverse in the firm, ranging from the protection of children, elderly and disabled to complex, often multi-million dollar construction disputes in local, State and Federal forums. Mary Anne routinely represents sureties in the defense of performance and labor and material bond claims and in that regard, has obtained significant indemnity recoveries on behalf of surety clients. Mary Anne has presented numerous legal seminars regarding the complex law of mechanics liens and the processes for advancing and protecting the rights of lienors, contractors and owners.
