Attorney Profiles

Paula S. Bennett is a member of the firm's Litigation Practice Group.  Paula practices in the area of general tort liability, including automobile litigation and premises liability litigation, as well as insurance coverage issues.  She also works in the areas of asbestos litigation and subrogation recovery. 

Prior to joining Gordon, Muir & Foley, Paula worked for a major Hartford insurance company in its Commercial Lines law department.  She was involved in the supervision of litigation, including bad faith and breach of contract litigation, instituted nationwide.

Paula is fluent in Portuguese.
