R. Bradley Wolfe is the firm's managing partner. His practice includes representation in the areas of construction law counseling and litigation, surety law, business litigation and professional liability litigation. Brad appears regularly in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, the Connecticut Superior Court and before arbitration panels.

In his construction law practice, Brad counsels both private and public owners in connection with contract drafting and dispute resolution issues. He also pursues and defends claims on behalf of contractors and subcontractors, including mechanic's lien foreclosures and claims for delay, disruption and acceleration.

Brad was a member of the Department of Consumer Protections Plumbing Licensing Board from 1993 to 2002 and has significant experience dealing with construction licensing and jurisdiction issues, as well as wage rate issues.

He is also involved in dispute resolution involving commercial financing and defaults such as the collection and defense of claims by secured and unsecured creditors in the state and federal courts.

In defending professionals, Brad defends accountants, architects and engineers, attorneys and real estate agents against claims of malpractice in their fields. Together with Mike Conroy and Mary Anne Charron, the GMF team defends claims against professionals brought by a professional's former clients or third parties.

Brad is a panel arbitrator with both the American Arbitration Association and the Dispute Resolution Center. He has served as an arbitrator, chiefly in connection with construction dispute matters.
