William J. Gallitto is the leader of the personal injury plaintiff's practice at the firm. He has recovered on behalf of parties injured in automobile accidents, by malpractice, defective premises, and a variety of other wrongs. His practice is statewide, primarily in the Superior Court.

Bill is also the partner who heads the defense of health professionals in both malpractice claims and licensing issues. He appears regularly before State Licensing boards for physicians, nurses and nursing home licensees. In connection with his health care practice, he also defends those professionals charged with criminal offenses by the special prosecutors assigned to the Chief State's Attorney Office.
