In November of 2008, Laurann Asklof was one of three panel members at Central Connecticut State University addressing students and members of the CCIA and the Construction Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Assocation regarding payment issues and proposed legislation to protect certain rights of subcontractors on construction projects.
