• The Civil Litigation Practice Group defends claims throughout the State of Connecticut at the request of self-insured businesses and insurance companies. In addition to the representation of clients in general tort liability and workers' compensation cases, the firm is actively engaged in employment, product liability, environmental, professional malpractice and insurance coverage matters.
• The Construction Law and Commercial Litigation Practice Group represents practically all entities in the construction process. Construction law has been a major part of our firm's practice for over 20 years. We have represented and do represent public and private owners, design professionals, construction managers, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.  In addition, this practice group provides legal representation in complex commercial law matters.
• Our Business Law Practice Group supports the organizational, financing and planning needs of our business clients through representation in general business, corporate, banking, employment and commercial real estate matters.
• The Commercial Real Estate Practice Group supports our business clients through representation in commercial real estate matters.
• The Personal Injury Litigation Practice Group represents individual clients who have claims for injuries or property damage resulting from accidents, malpractice, fires or other occurrences.
• The Estate Planning and Probate Administration Practice Group provides individuals with estate planning and probate administration services.
